Our Shipping and Delivery Process

Order Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your order, regardless of the chosen shipping option during checkout. Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship orders on the same day of purchase. Orders typically take up to 5 business days to process, meaning that if you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. Please note that express shipping options and any third-party fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy: Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified details, may cause a delay of an additional 1-2 business days in processing. We strongly recommend that you review your shipping and billing information carefully before checking out to avoid any potential delays.

Signature Requirement: Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. While most packages are delivered to the provided address, the final decision rests with the delivery courier. To ensure a smooth delivery, we suggest providing a shipping address where you or someone you trust will be available to accept the package, such as a work address or a friend's address.

Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which may take up to 72 hours. A second email will be sent once your order is shipped, including your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please reach out to the courier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1 - 4 days to update in some cases, but rest assured, your order will still be delivered.

International Taxes and Duties: For international customers (outside of the United States and Canada), please be aware that you are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees determined by your local Customs authority. These fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website and must be paid by the recipient to receive the parcel. We suggest contacting your country's customs office or tax agent to inquire about charges and rates for packages arriving from abroad.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. We make every effort to expedite processing and shipping, so there is a limited window for order cancellation or address changes. If you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address, please email us at hello@scn-t.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee success due to varying time limits.

In cases where we cannot cancel your order in time, you can return the package to us after receiving it. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can then re-ship it to the correct address or provide a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Returns: Please be aware that when you place an order with SCNT, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For more details on returning your package, please refer to our returns policy.

Delivered but Not Received: All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered to your provided address but you have not received it, please contact the courier service to investigate the issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages where the tracking information confirms delivery to your address.

If you've had past experiences with lost or stolen packages in your area, we recommend having your order delivered to a work address to ensure a secure delivery. Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your order are important to us.
